Creative Zen X-FI 2 launched in India

The newly launched device also permits users to play DivX and MPEG4 movies as well as view photos. The new Zen X-FI 2 is capable of MP3, WMA, AAC and FLAC audio formats and supports Creative’s proprietary X-FI Crystalizer and X-FI Expand technologies to improve sound quality.
Fujifilm introduces world’s first 3D camera

The new device helps user to click and view 3D images with the naked eye. The company has launched nine digital cameras models in the Indian market, which includes 3D as well as slim cameras.
The new 3D system is powered with an 8 inch wide screen on which 3D image can be displayed, a 3D print, which helps to print 3D images. Further, it has FinePix REAL 3D W1 and the 3D camera.
BSNL launches Festive Tariff Offer

Under the newly launched night packs, users can make local calls at 20 paise per minute and STD calls at 50 paise per minute between 11pm to 7 am. BSNL has also introduced a GPRS pack, which includes unlimited data services at the cost of Rs 230 and valid for 30 days.
Madhucon JV bags order worth $3.9 million

The company officials told reporters that the scope of the order includes up-gradation of Sanfebagar – Martadi road under road improvement project scheme funded by Exim Bank of India.
In a statement to BSE, the company said that it also plans to increase its thermal power plant capacity to 1,920 MW at Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

ArcelorMittal may quit $20 billion Indian Steel Project

AS) is on the edge to shut down its $20 billion plan of setting up two steel plants in India owing to problems in acquiring land. The two steel plants were expected to be established in the state of Orissa and Jharkhand but farmers are not ready to sell their lands, which forced the company to rethink their plan.
3G auction may be delayed till June 2010

As per the news sources, the Defence Ministry has issued a statement to DoT, which said that it would be in a position to release the 20 MHz of spectrum only if it had committed in June 2010 in spite of December 7, 2009.
NALCO announces AK Srivastava as its new CMD

The newly appointed CMD, Mr. Srivastava is a mechanical engineer by profession. He had done his B. Tech in mechanical engineering and M. tech in industrial engineering from IIT, Delhi.
Mr. Srivastava has 30 years of professional experience in the public sector enterprises in different fields of engineering and management.
Azad worried over shortage of doctors

However, he praised the work done by Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi and State Health Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma in the medical region.
Mr. Azad also promised all possible help from the Centre to the State government.
Ramalinga Raju shifted to ICU

According to the reports, Raju’s bail application will come up for hearing at local court in Hyderabad.
Mr. B. R. Raju has applied for the bail for the first time since his arrest in January 2009.
