Police claimed that they had solved the case of theft that took place at Kareena’s house. Moreover, the police officials had also recovered a pearl set and a ring worth Rs 41,000 and Rs 1.53 lakh in cash from the three domestic helps.

The robbery took place on October 8, and the trio had stolen cash and other valuables worth Rs 2.50 lakh from Kareena’s house.

The three arrested were identified as Pawansingh Chouhan (24), Anita Osami (35) and Tina Yadav (26), and they confessed the theft, said Additional Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta.

While talking to reporters, police officer of Khar police station, Mr. N Sonavane said, “When Babita returned home, she could not find the cash, following which she spoke to Khan in this regard.”

 “They searched the entire house and also asked their 10 servants. During the search, she also came to know a pearl set and a ring were also missing along with cash,” he added.
