Adi Godrej, Chairman of Godrej Properties Ltd (GPL) has announced that the GPL will unveil an Initial Public Offering (IPO) by the next 3 months.

While talking to media, chairman said, “We have already received regulatory approval from the Securities and Exchange Board of India.”

Adi Godrej also said that the company will issue new shares equal to 10% of the company to the public and 3.5% new shares in a pre-IPO placement. Further, he said that the company is eyeing more projects in the affordable housing segment.
