Obama may abandon NASA's moon mission plan
Washington, Feb 1 - NASA's plan to send another mission to the moon by 2020 may take a U-turn as US President Barack Obama is expected to propose the closure of the space agency's programme in his new budget to be presented before the Congress Monday.
With the release of President Obama's budget request, NASA will finally get the new marching orders, and there won't be anything in there about flying to the moon, The Washington Post reported.

Washington, Feb 1 - Vikram Pandit, the Indian American CEO of Citigroup, says President Barack Obama's plans to regulate and limit the size of banks is the "right direction".
As the ailing banking giant has already been weeding out companies that didn't fit into the company, "We are quite aligned with the principals he set out," he told CNBC from Davos, where we was attending the World Economic Forum.
"We think it's generally the right direct. It shouldn't be a surprise given what we've been doing at Citi for the past few years," he was quoted as saying by the news channel.

The New England Historical Geological Society (NEHGS), which has since 1845 traced the ancestry of Americans of English descent, says Obama is a long-lost cousin of Scott Brown.
NZ skin cancer database to identify melanoma
An image database of more than 1 million skin lesions will be used for detecting melanoma by the American researchers. The database will come from patients from New Zealand and Australia.
This would also help melanoma in getting identified at an early stage.
A deal has been signed by New Zealand company MoleMap with the New York University. MoleMap for monitoring potentially cancerous changes using digital imagery has created a software.
